Refunds

Please note, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. 

If the order is placed with an incorrect address and already left the shop the customer is responsible for correcting this change. This will include the charge for the original postage plus the cost of postage to return the item back to us.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it- if your item has a defect or if you have received the wrong item contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at info@linglux.co.uk.

Cancellation

If cancellation is required, please email info@linglux.co.uk Please note, deposits are not refundable. 

 

Delivery

All arrival dates are estimates and we will do our upmost to adhere to these dates. In cases whereby customs and external courier companies are involved this may change, please bare this in mind when placing orders.

 

Customs

We are not liable for any customs payments from outside the U.K. They are down to the buyer to pay.

 

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.
